What currency are the prices on the site?

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP).

I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Order processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

I am not in love with my order—can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. Contact us at support@taydoc.com to initiate a return. We’ll provide a free return label—shipping costs are fully covered by us.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please include your name and order number inside the parcel. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Please note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Email us at support@taydoc.com as soon as possible.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but you can still return them once delivered.

I entered an incorrect address—what should I do?

If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@taydoc.com within 24 hours. We'll do our best to update the address before your order is processed.
